As a Customer Consultant you will be responsible for meeting sales goals as set forth by the Shop Manager using corporate guidelines. Also, responsible for completing all sales support duties as assigned by the Shop Manager. The customer consultant will ensure that all actions maintain the customer as number one priority at all times.

Key Accountabilities:
 Consistently achieves sales goal as set forth by the Shop Manager.
 Maintains high standards of customer service.
 Aggressively achieves all event, promotion, and contest goals.
 Understands the product and communicates this understanding to the customer.
 Completes all assignments while maintaining the customer as the number one priority.
 Reads and comprehends all corporate communications and training materials.
 Demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic style aiding in an atmosphere of achieving results.
 Possesses a high standard of personal image and style in compliance with corporate guidelines.
 Maintains a high level of professionalism at all times.
 Helps management team to maintain merchandising presentation within corporate guidelines.
 Assists in maintaining excellent standards for housekeeping.
 Possesses a pride of ownership in the shop.
 Reports any security problems to Shop Manager.
 Adheres to all Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
 Adheres to all company policies and procedures as outlined in all shop manuals.
 Responsible for maintaining the ethical standards of The Body Shop including minimizing the environmental, health and safety risks in the workplace. Report potential risks, near misses and real accidents to relevant managers

Experience and Qualifications
 Prior customer service experience preferred
 Ability to serve customers in a courteous and professional manner
 Dependability
