We seek people who:
• Monitor key performance indicators, customer behavior and effectiveness of eCommerce initiatives, adjusting strategy to drive site traffic, engagement and brand awareness
• Ensure the timeliness, accuracy and integrity of the fulfillment process, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
• Partner with web administrators, developers, technical vendors, marketing and social teams to support our eCommerce business and online sales strategy
• Effectively manage the upload, launch and merchandising of all new products
• Support and manage the execution of all eCommerce promotional activities, social media and email campaigns to achieve target results
Preferred Educations & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-3 years experience in eCommerce, online marketing, merchandising or related field
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, analytical, organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast paced environment
• Working knowledge of SEO, SEM & web content management
• Experience working with Endeca, Monetate, Salesforce, Omniture, Google Analytics preferred
