We seek a collaborative and results-driven eCommerce Manager with a passion for delivering an exceptional online customer experience to join our eCommerce team.

•Proactively manage site storefront optimization through technology and tools to enhance customer engagement
•Partner with consumer services, digital marketing, brand marketing, merchandising and leadership teams to ensure alignment of brand voice and business objectives
•Analyze site usage, traffic patterns and industry trends to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion rates
We seek people with these qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree preferred
•3-5 years experience in eCommerce required
•Experience in omni-channel online merchandising required
•Exceptional presentation and communication skills
•Analytical, organized and detail-oriented
•Collaborative partner, thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
