We seek people who:
•Forecast monthly sales and margin goals based on trends and promotional activity
•Drive development of the promotional calendar, forecasting impact of promotional and marketing activity on sales and gross margin
•Develop annual operating budget in alignment with strategic business plan
•Partner with buyers and planners to create effective tools and reporting to maximize sales
We seek people with these qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
•5+ years planning, merchandising or financial analysis experience preferred
•Retail experience a plus
•Excellent analytical and forecasting skills with strong attention to detail
•Effective communicator with ability to work collaboratively in team-based environment
•JDA Enterprise Planning experience preferred
