We seek a results-driven, financial leader with a passion for business partnership and driving process to join our Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team in St Louis.

•Assures accurate and timely completion of critical ad-hoc analyses as requested by VP, Finance, SVP, CFO and other Executive Team Members.

They achieve this by doing the following:
•Actively monitor all key areas of performance to assure optimal financial return, and initiate action as needed.
•Leads and coordinates 3-year plans and annual budgets for multiple divisions, including relevant/critical analysis and documentation of major assumptions/variances.
•Leads and coordinates monthly financial forecasts for business units, including relevant/critical analysis and documentation of major assumptions/variances.
•Produces and maintains advanced knowledge of industry trends and competitive activity
•Meets with business leaders to partner and provide coaching on financial levers to drive profitability.
•Partner with division management to assure financial goals and objectives are achieved and identify risks and opportunities on an on-going basis
•Review and analyzes monthly results and provides relevant/critical analysis of unusual items and variances to accounting and financial and operational management, and initiates appropriate follow-up.
•Use interpretive analysis to develop action plans and shift orders
•Proactively develops ad-hoc financial analysis as necessary for operating division and financial management.
•Identifies opportunities for process improvements and shares with other FP&A staff/teams, as applicable.
•Assist in the training and development of new staff in the department.
•Actively participates in exchange of information and represents Finance with Corporate and other departments outside the financial planning and analysis group (Accounting, Wholesale/Retail FP&A, Logistics, Planning, etc.).
•Actively assists with continual improvement of processes relating to sales and margin forecasting, customer profitability, inventory planning and balance sheet modeling.
•Completes special budgeting/forecasting projects as assigned.

We seek people with these qualifications:
•Bachelor of Science Accounting, Finance or Business required
•2-3 years related Financial/Accounting experience.
•Wholesale/retail/direct to consumer industry experience preferred
•Experience in operating finance, financial planning & analysis, budget & forecasting.
•Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and ability to link spreadsheets.
•Enterprise system experience, particularly related to business planning and analysis (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, etc.) preferred.
•Strong business acumen.
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work with a variety of business functions and levels in an organization.
