We seek a professional, confident and skilled maintenance technician with a passion for providing excellent customer service to join our Facilities team.

We seek people who:
•Maintain a safe, functional and aesthetically pleasing workplace for Associates and visitors
•Perform corporate facility maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, building renovations and internal relocations
•Oversee operational processes and procedures, ensuring inventories and manuals are current for effective planning and execution
•Ensure quality and effective preventative maintenance on corporate equipment
We seek people with these qualifications:
•Associate’s degree preferred
•1-3 years HVAC & Energy Management System (EMS) experience required
•1-3 years electrical & plumbing experience required
•Carpentry & painting skills preferred
•Task-oriented and a natural problem-solver
•Customer service-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
•Ability to lift 75 pounds, be on call for emergencies and work overtime if needed
