We seek people who:
• Assist in building merchandise assortment and allocation strategies to achieve sales and profit objectives
• Support creation and maintenance of style-level forecasts
• Analyze historical data and current trends to create initial demand plan
• Effectively communicate demand forecast to customers and supply chain partners
• Review merchandise sales, inventory and profitability and model impact on demand
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 4+ years Merchandising or Planning experience
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
• Background in retail math with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong customer service focus with ability to partner with cross-functional teams
