•Exceptional customer service and timely problem resolution on assigned accounts
•Effective communication of actionable data to leadership and Demand Planning teams, providing thorough follow-up and problem resolution

We seek people with these qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational or professional experience
•Extensive customer service or retail experience
•Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and projects
•Excellent problem solving, planning and communication skills
•Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•Knowledge of SAP enterprise application software preferred
