We seek people who deliver:
•Effective monitoring and analysis of sales, forecast, inventory and replenishment against plan
•Accurate pricing and timely activation of patterns and SKUs for each season, ensuring sales orders can be placed when needed
•Proactive communication with relevant business partners to ensure accurate order placement and fulfillment
•Analysis and reporting on inventory positions to assist Sales teams in maximizing inventory management and sell-through opportunities
•Collaboration with Sales and Order Management to resolve customer pricing and order fulfillment issues
•Partnership with Product team to ensure all items are built to meet the needs of price point customers
•Efficient and comprehensive use of supply chain management application (SAP) to enable creation of demand plans and proper purchase requisitions
We seek people with these qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
•3+ years experience in Merchandising, Financial or Demand Planning preferred
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
•Strong partnering, problem solving and analytical skills
•ERP supply chain management application (SAP) experience preferred
