We seek people who deliver:
• Efficient and friendly management of customer calls, reflecting a positive image of the Sam Edelman brand
• Increased customer retention through positive and professional communication
• Effective resolution of customer questions and concerns
• Timely and accurate information to internal and external customers regarding order inquiries and inbound sales
• Accurate credits and adjustments to customer accounts
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in customer service, retail or call center preferred
• Strong retail math skills
• Ability to actively listen, interpret and document customer concerns
• Excellent communication skills with ability to quickly problem solve and resolve conflict
• Experience in Microsoft Office & intermediate data entry skills required
