We seek a dynamic email marketer, experienced in driving successful campaigns who blends creativity with industry skill and insights to join our Famous Footwear team.

We seek people who:
• Collaborate with teams to plan, proof, and deploy Famous Footwear’s promotional email marketing program with effective targeting; as well as, relevant and consistent content to increase sales and consumer engagement
• Partner with the analytics team in reviewing useful data to implement test strategies to continually improve the email marketing program
• Identify new opportunities for triggered emails and message journeys; creating audiences, writing applicable code, and ensuring on-going development
• Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies and consumer insights to apply that knowledge to and continuously improve our email program
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in Email Marketing preferred
• Highly detail & deadline oriented
• Natural ability to solve complex problems with logic
• Experience with Exact Target or other email service providers preferred
• Experience with relational databases, programming languages, SQL, and HTML preferred
• Experience in Online/Digital Marketing
