We seek people who:
• Partner with Merchandising, Sales, Demand and Product Development teams to create pricing tools and improve processes to drive business growth
• Manage price holds and wholesale price changes
• Review product by category to ensure consistency in pricing for constructions and patterns
• Own pricing tools and perform data analysis to create robust business recommendations
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years retail costing or pricing experience preferred
• Experience in footwear, fashion or accessories a plus
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect strategic objectives and business processes
• Self-motivated, results driven and resourceful
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels in the organization
