We seek people who:
• Develop product lifecycle strategy, including initial delivery, replenishment strategy and pricing through the ongoing analysis of current business trends
• Partner closely with Planning and Allocation to ensure assortment breadth, depth and flow support product vision and brand essence
• Ensure all buying deadlines are met, enabling timely flow of product assortment
• Communicate and create buy-in of pre-season and in-season buying vision with key organizational partners
• Oversee sales, margin and inventory planning within budget and target financial goals
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years retail experience with proven track record of success as a buyer
• Ability to set strategy and prioritize tasks
• Assertive decision maker with ability to take risks
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
