We seek a collaborative business executive, with experience in international and premium fashion brands and strong commercial understanding of the retail business, to lead Account Management for our Naturalizer team. This position may be based in NYC or St. Louis.

We seek people who:
• Manage all facets of the Naturalizer brand in international markets, working with distributors, sales agents and directly with wholesale accounts
• Partner with International Merchandising on assortment planning, pricing, promotion, inventory and receipt flow for each account
• Collaborate with key accounts to create marketing and brand-building plans, including calendars, promotional activities, spend by vehicle and required collateral
• Achieve sales and profit goals for each account—meeting or exceeding sales and store growth, inventory, traffic and conversion targets
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years account management experience in an international specialty retail business
• Experience with premium brands in women’s fashion preferred
• Fluency in Spanish, Japanese, Korean or other language strongly desired
• Strong understanding of retail economics
• Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to build strong professional relationships
• Ability to travel internationally (30%)
