Specialist, Demand Procurement (Rykä & LifeStride)
We seek someone who’s self-motivated and highly-detailed with a passion for driving the success of our Rykä and LifeStride brands to join our team.

We seek people who:
• Deliver effective analysis of demand forecasts and purchase requisitions to ensure customer shipping needs are met
• Execute timely and accurate creation, sizing and maintenance of purchase orders and commitments within required lead team to meet projected demand
• Proactively partner with Demand Planning leadership and Far East partners, communicating sales order discrepancies
• Evaluate and determine factory opportunities and material/capacity supply plans through requisition analysis
• Effectively collaborate with all facets of the business including Sales, Marketing, Product and Order Management teams to ensure the success of the brand
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Wholesale planning experience preferred
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to meet competing demands
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Supply chain management application (SAP) experience preferred
