We seek an experienced Buyer who’s solutions-driven and passionate about identifying the latest market trends to develop merchandise strategy to join our Naturalizer team.

We seek people who:
• Develop merchandise plans, react to trends and execute effective distribution strategies
• Ensure sales, margin and inventory plans meet budget and established deadlines, enabling timely flow of product assortment
• Plan and execute markdown strategies through the review and analysis of sales results by division, class and seasonality
• Shop the market to monitor fashion trends, pricing strategies and presentation techniques and identify category opportunties
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years retail experience with proven track record of driving business results through buying strategy
• Accomplished in building and maintaining strong vendor partnerships
• Creative and solutions-driven with ability to take calculated risks
• Able to set strategy and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in JDA warehousing software preferred
