What We Do – Accountabilities
• Assure advocacy for Field Associates and Field Leadership in all interactions with cross-functional teams.
• Assures development, implementation, and continuous improvement of New, Closing, Remodeling and Relocating store processes to drive efficiencies and add value.
• Assures communication across functional areas and position levels to ensure successful project execution.
• Assures maintenance of supply processes for new and existing stores.
• Assures completion of a Special Job Objective tied to a company strategic and/or tactical initiative as agreed upon by with supervisor.
Essential Functions
• Creates and distributes written OCRR and supply related communications and end-user documentation.
• Facilitates OCRR conference calls to prepare field teams for upcoming projects.
• Manages multiple, concurrent, store projects with differing scopes and requirements.
• Accommodates differing support needs by retail brands and locales (US, Canada, other local ordinances).
• Tracks progress and milestones related to new store openings, remodels, relocations, and other store fixture and construction projects.
• Acts as a single point of contact for field partners to address operational issues related to OCRR projects and supplies.
• Interprets floor plans and analyzes data to ensure operational needs are accommodated and orders appropriate supplies.
• Partners with internal and external teams to ensure that new and existing stores have the supplies required for efficient operations.
• Coordinates relocation timelines and last day of business dates with Field Leadership and the Real Estate Team.
Preferred Qualifications & Education
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3 -5 years of Retail experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to partner with multiple cross-functional teams and position levels
• Strong problem solving and innovative thinking abilities
• Project Management experience
• Proven organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• IBM iSeries, and database management skills preferred
