We seek people who deliver:
• Timely production and execution of online marketing materials, assets and features in line with brand standards
• Collaboration with marketing, merchandising, IS and creative teams to conceptualize and design online promotions and special eCommerce projects
• Interactive execution supporting direct-to-consumer’s positioning and sales plan consistent with accepted industry standard
• Strategic development and production of promotional digital elements in accordance with brand style and development guidelines, integrating best practices in web design and usability
• Effective translation of business and creative strategies into compelling online content
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, electronic media, eCommerce or related art degree
• 4+ years’ experience in web design, preferably multi-channel or internet retail
• Ability to communicate thoughts and creative concepts, technical and non-technical, to clients and management
• Strong problem solving skills, identifying issues and suggesting alternative solutions
• Exceptional graphic design skills with an eye for detail and understanding of development techniques
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
• Familiarity with web technologies and protocols including HTML, CSS, JS and cross- platform compatibilities
