We seek people who:
• Provide exceptional, high-level administrative support of division president and executive team, confidently representing our portfolio of brands
• Efficiently manage arrangements for all international and domestic travel, meetings and special events
• Develop presentations, distribute detailed agendas and meeting notes and create correspondence on behalf of division president
• Manage daily office operations, process vendor invoices and supervise direct reports, ensuring tasks and communications are delegated and managed accordingly
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years administrative experience required
• Quick-thinking and resourceful with a can-do attitude
• Able to work calmly under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Highly detail-oriented with ability to prioritize competing demands
• Flexible and adaptable, able to quickly execute and provide self-direction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
