We seek a sales planning leader with a passion for providing business insight to drive brand growth to join our Franco Sarto team.

We seek people who:
• Develop seasonal sales plans for the Franco Sarto brand, translating targets and wholesale strategies into detailed financial plans for each account
• Conduct account reviews to identify program risks and opportunities and inform product strategy
• Build recommended assortment by account, reviewing retail results and account strategy to influence forecast and product assortment
• Manage account profitability and financial reconciliation, developing strategies to drive successful growth of the Franco Sarto brand
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 5-7 years sales planning experience
• 10 years retail and/or wholesale experience with a fashion brand preferred
• Excellent communicator, adept at building and managing relationships
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
