We seek a solutions-driven and relationship focused Account Executive with a passion for developing and executing strategic sales which drive growth to join our Ryka team.

We seek people who:
• Develop effective brand strategy to maximize sales and drive growth of the Ryka brand while meeting quarterly financial targets
• Build strategic sales plans, leveraging consumer and market insights to achieve sales targets which align with brand objectives
• Identify key retailers, opportunities and new accounts
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify key product categories/ideas for growth
• Ability to negotiate high volume deals
• Deliver practical assortment plans based on retail space, inventory turn and sell-through
• Monitor competitor brands and target market share to understand consumer trends and opportunities
• Effectively manage budget to drive account growth and profitability
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business
• 5+ years wholesale/retail sales experience
• Demonstrated success growing retail sales to drive business results
• Proven ability to negotiate and influence outcomes with internal & external customers
• Natural problem solver with strong analytical skills
• Strong business acumen and retail math abilities
• Excellent partnering, relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to travel (up to 20%)
