We seek a strong team player with exceptional organizational and communication skills to join our Famous Footwear distribution center operations team in Lebanon, Tenn.

We seek people who deliver:
• Effective administration of all distribution center safety policies and procedures, while driving continual process improvement
• Coordination and distribution of daily reporting to management team
• Efficient tracking of departmental data linked to specific metrics to drive performance
• Execution of physical counts, monitoring inventory levels to maintain accuracy
• Assistance in all distribution center functions as needed, including receiving, picking, packing and shipping
• Support of operational training, leading by example and abiding in all company policies and procedures
We seek people with these qualifications:
• 1+ years distribution center experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Mid-level understanding of PKMS Warehouse Management System, including inventory, shipping and receiving functions
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
