We seek a merchant savvy, solutions-driven and relationship focused Account Director with a passion for developing strategic sales plans to drive business results to join our Dr. Scholl’s team.

We seek people who:
• Develop effective merchandise strategy to maximize sales and drive growth of the Dr. Scholl’s brand with key accounts: DSW, Rack Room and Off Broadway
• Collaborate with our retail customers and product team to develop special product to drive business using consumer and market insights to achieve sales targets which align with brand objectives
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify key product categories/ideas for growth
• Effectively manage wholesale budget to drive account growth and profitability
• Develop and execute practical assortment plans based on the consumer needs, retail space, inventory turn and sell-through
• Identify opportunities and increase market share through closely monitoring consumer preferences as well as understanding the current trends, channel of business and competitor brands.
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related area of study
• 5+ years wholesale sales experience; footwear, accessories, handbags, apparel or other fashion or cosmetics experience required
• Ability to learn and independently run reports from standard sales systems, manipulate data using spreadsheets and topline actionable opportunities
• Demonstrated success driving retail sales and profitability while achieving wholesale targets
• Proven ability to negotiate and influence outcomes with internal & external customers
• Natural problem solver with strong analytical skills
• Strong business acumen and retail math abilities
• Excellent partnering, relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to travel (up to 30%)
