• Lead cross-functional teams to meet and exceed performance goals, providing feedback, coaching and development
• Plan, evaluate and improve efficiency of business systems and processes to enhance speed, quality and productivity
• Produce and distribute key reports, collaborating with internal teams to identify consistent issues and take action
• Analyze data to align resources, systems and staff to maximize department efficiency and enhance customer service
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination education and experience
• 3-5 years customer service or retail experience
• Demonstrated experience developing and motivating teams to achieve objectives
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, driven to develop innovative solutions
• Exceptional ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
• Excellent partnering, relationship-building and communication skills
• SAP experience preferred
