We seek an experienced leader passionate about implementing effective logistics strategy to create competitive advantage and drive business results to lead our Famous Footwear Logistics team.

• Design, develop, implement and continuously improve logistics strategies to meet division and customer needs and financial targets
• Participate in cross-functional business planning, providing future vision and establishing global logistics as a competitive advantage for Caleres
• Develop strong partnerships and act as primary liaison between logistics and other departments to provide world class customer service to the organization
• Maximize distribution center productivity, ensuring systems integrity and effective execution and implementation of logistics strategy
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent combination education & experience
• 15+ years leadership experience in logistics supporting retail, wholesale, transportation and customer service functions
• Collaborative leader and partner, effective at developing strong relationships
• Solutions-driven with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel (50%)
• Position is located at our Distribution Center in Lebanon, Tenn. (Relocation assistance provided)
