We seek an Account Manager with experience in the Latin American markets managing premium fashion brands with a strong understanding of retail business.

We seek people who:
• Work closely with each account to achieve their sales and profit goals - meeting or exceeding sales, inventory, traffic and conversion targets at the store level.
• Manage Caleres' brands in Latin American markets, working closely with our retail partners who run branded specialty retail stores.
• Partner with international merchandising on assortment planning, pricing, promotion, inventory and receipt flow for each account
• Collaborate with key accounts to create marketing and brand-building plans, including calendars, promotional activities, spend by vehicle and required collateral
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Proven experience running retail businesses in the Latin American markets.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years account management experience in an international specialty retail business
• Experience with premium fashion brands required
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred
• Strong understanding of retail economics
• Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to build strong professional relationships
• Ability to travel internationally (30%)
