We seek a confident, innovative and experienced designer passionate about digital animation and print design and new technology to join our Famous Footwear Visual Merchandising team.

We seek people who:
• Design thoughtful and impactful creative, ensuring alignment with Famous Footwear brand strategy and current with consumer fashion and retail industry trends
• Establish collaborative partnerships across all creative channels, confidently presenting print and motion graphic concepts to team members and management
• Ensure the timely design and production of print and motion graphics for seasonal in-store signage, store barricades and store opening and closing materials
• Effectively communicate consistent brand message to target audiences, ensuring highest level of design quality from ideation to production
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Art or related field
• 3-5 years experience in an ad agency or in-house creative department
• Compelling brand-focused portfolio of creative print & motion work
• Able to confidently communicate creative concepts and lead new initiatves
• Innovative and curious with a team-oriented, collaborative spirit
• Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & After Effects (Mac platform) experience required
• Proficient in print production and motion graphics and thorough understanding of the creative process
