We seek people who:
• Coach, train and coordinate workflows for the Order Analysis team to ensure efficient and consistent processing of consumer refunds, check approvals and incident escalations
• Review orders for fraud and policy abuse using sound judgement and make informed decisions to minimize losses, maximize revenue and mitigate fraud
• Develop procedures to effectively resolve customer issues with a focus on continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Retail, IT and Logistics teams to continually improve customer experience
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 years call center or fraud experience required
• Retail, order analysis or order management experience preferred
• Inquisitive and resourceful with a passion for creatively solving problems
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and provide strong attention to detail
• Collaborative partner, thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Strong desire to learn, grow and lead by example
• Background & credit check required for PCI compliance
