We seek a marketing leader with international experience in a premium retail brand who’s passionate about creating brand-directed strategies for our International businesses.

We seek people who:
• Develop strategic marketing objectives in each geographic region reflective of target consumers, brand positioning and global brand equities
• Create annual and seasonal marketing plans and calendar considering product flow, messaging and cultural holidays, leveraging the most effective marketing vehicles by region
• Collaborate with internal teams to determine and deliver creative assets and effective visual merchandising guides
• Manage, monitor and recommend partner marketing investments and strategy
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• 5+ years marketing experience for an international specialty retail business
• Experience with premium brands in the women’s fashion industry
• Visual merchandising, digital marketing & CRM experience preferred
• Fluency in Spanish, Japanese or Mandarin strongly desired
• Analytical and conceptual understanding of marketing tactics & strategy
• Collaborative partner adept at building strong business relationships
