• Manage and participate in a high velocity enhancement lifecycle (grooming, prioritization, assignment, development, promotion and reporting)
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to assure integrity and performance of critical business systems
• Ensure all systems SLAs are met
• Lead business opportunity sessions with key stakeholders to determine new opportunities for Retail CRM data and systems
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years SQL development leadership experience
• Experience leading a team of at least two direct reports
• Demonstrated advanced SQL statement conception, creation and comprehension skills
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Query, T-SQL, SQL Server Integration Services and SQL Reporting Services
• Working knowledge of Windows Server 2008 and above and SQL Server 2008 and above
• Independently motivated, naturally intuitive and highly adaptable
• Collaborative with ability to balance multiple competing deadlines with a positive mindset
