• Bring the product catalog to life through a customer-first, data-driven approach, ensuring product presentation is continually optimized online through testing and analytics
• Innovate site processes, systems, features and functionality to facilitate search, inform purchase decisions and enhance the customer experience
• Monitor web analytics to assess the effectiveness of product pages in terms of revenue, conversion rate and established metrics and goals
• Ensure product storytelling on Famous.com is consistent with trends and assortment, creating shopping experiences that drive financial results
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 5+ years eCommerce, Site Merchandising or Buying experience
• Experience with eCommerce platforms, product catalogs, A/B testing tools & content management systems preferred
• Passionate about driving the evolution of cross-channel retail
• Strong collaborator with the desire to grow and manage a high-performing team
