• Strong partnerships with business partners to effectively guide and influence leadership, talent selection, talent retention and performance management practices that align with business objectives and company values
• Efficiently develop, implement and continuously improve programs and processes to drive a high-performing organization
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to facilitate the interview process—obtaining approvals, partnering with hiring managers and owning the candidate experience
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business related field.
• 3-5 years human resources or retail leadership experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving & critical thinking skills
• Competence in leading teams, setting expectations, providing feedback, coaching and assisting in conflict resolution
• Solid business acumen with ability to partner with internal teams to achieve positive business results
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with ability to meet deadlines amid competing demands
