We seek people who:
•Provide proactive, analytical insights to compensation and business leaders through analysis of complex and sensitive data
•Research and make recommendations regarding pay structure, annual increase budget and policies, and compensation cost implications
•Analyze jobs to ensure internal and external equity of positions across job families and pay grades, identifying internal comparisons and recommending grade and salary changes
•Review compensation plans annually, advising improvements to meet business objectives and reinforce operational strategy
We seek people with these qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting preferred
•4+ years compensation experience required
•Demonstrated experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis
•Highly analytical and skilled at making sound decisions and recommendations
•Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with all levels in the organization
•Strong partner able to professionally challenge and influence decisions
•Proficient in Microsoft Access & Excel
•SAP experience preferred
