• Act as advisor, risk analyzer and trusted business partner to the executive leadership team, proactively analyzing business operations to drive improved financial results
• Lead the annual, quarterly and monthly budget and forecasting process for all corporate functions, identifying margin and cost savings opportunities across the business
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of forecasting, budgeting and reporting processes
• Drive process improvement and implement best practices in forecasting, budgeting and management reporting
• Analyze market and competitor trends, integrating into analyses of company business performance and strategies
• Provide forward-looking analysis in anticipation of financial risks and opportunities
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance
• 3-5 years relevant industry experience
• Ability to communicate effectively to both finance and non-finance business partners
• Skilled at building relationships and working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives
• Highly analytical with proven ability to develop new ideas and deliver effective solutions
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
