• Partner with internal teams to deliver effective processes and solutions, applying HCM expertise to address technical issues and business challenges
• Manage, support and develop our System Administration, HR Services and Talent Administration teams
• Gather and analyze feedback on systems and processes to identify enhancements, develop timelines and implement action plans
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years HRIS systems experience
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing high-performing teams
• Exceptional relationship building and collaboration skills
• Solutions-oriented with a desire for continual process improvement
• SAP experience preferred
• Cornerstone, Infor Talent Science or BPC experience a plus
