We seek an experienced logistics planner who’s highly collaborative, solutions-oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional service to our retail stores to join our Logistics team in Lebanon, Tenn.

We seek people who:
• Ensure providers meet delivery appointments weekly at each of our 1,200 Famous Footwear, Naturalizer & Sam Edelman retail stores
• Serve as an advocate for Store Associates and Retail Leadership in all interactions with delivery service providers
• Negotiate delivery schedules for all retail stores, meeting the specific needs of each location
• Provide time-sensitive delivery schedule updates to our retail stores, utilizing technology to monitor delivery status through constant communication with providers
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field preferred
• 2 years experience in a distribution center, transportation department or customer service
• Demonstrated knowledge of third-party logistics provider contracting, pricing & services
• Excellent negotiation & collaboration skills, effectively managing relationships with external providers & internal customers
• Natural problem-solver with strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Able to work calmly under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Transportation Management System experience a plus
