We seek an analytical and innovative problem solver with a passion for delivering timely and accurate reporting to drive retail sales to join our Famous Footwear Merchandising team.

• Ensure weekly merchandising reports are timely, accurate and support sales and merchandise goals
• Effectively coordinate information requests and workflow, analyzing and validating data for accuracy
• Develop, implement and continually improve reporting processes to drive efficiency and store profitability
• Provide merchandise reporting and analysis for the development of seasonal sales plans
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Demonstrated understanding of retail sales
• Experience leading and managing teams preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• JDA, AS400 & I-Series experience preferred
