We seek people who:
• Direct, develop and merchandise each season’s footwear line, aligning with brand image and maximizing sales potential
• Execute coherent, brand appropriate, saleable product lines across all license categories
• Ensure seasonal footwear product lines are planned, structured and merchandised to optimize assortment within budget
• Promote speed-to-market on key styles to maintain the Sam Edelman brand as a leader in the fashion industry
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination education & experience
• 6+ years sales & merchandising experience with a luxury fashion brand
• Exceptional presentation, partnering & communication skills
• Demonstrated experience managing licensing relationships
• Proven success in line building and footwear product development
• Ability to travel (50-75%)
