We seek someone passionate about customer service and fraud prevention to assist our call center during the holiday season as part of our Consumer Care team.

We seek people who deliver:
• Timely processing and minimization of fraud by using sound judgment and making informed decisions in order to minimize chargebacks while maximizing revenue
• Careful review and research of suspended orders to determine risk (fraud) and approve or cancel orders
• Efficient handling of consumer issues, providing accurate and timely resolutions
• Collaborative work with peers and leadership to identify and escalate influencing trends
• Appropriate application of the credit care compliance (PCI) policy
We seek people with these qualifications:
• High school diploma; some college preferred
• Retail, call center or order management experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels of management
• Strong time management, logical reasoning and problem solving skills
• Incident management software, Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel preferred
• Available to work full or part-time (20+ hours) on a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends and select holidays from the end of October through mid-January.
• Background and credit check required for PCI compliance
