We seek an experienced account director who’s dynamic, driven and passionate about contemporary women’s footwear to join our Franco Sarto team in New York.

We seek people who:
• Manage the DSW account for the Franco Sarto brand, developing effective merchandise strategy to maximize sales and drive brand growth
• Create accurate sales forecasts, monitoring and reacting to product performance
• Effectively execute customized orders and reorders to meet account revenue objectives, quickly anticipating and reacting to customer needs
• Ensure execution of marketing strategies to maximize brand awareness
We seek people with these qualifications:
• 5+ years account management experience required
• Demonstrated knowledge of the footwear & fashion industry
• Natural problem solver with strong analytical skills
• Excellent partnering, decision making and relationship-building skills
• Flexible with ability to prioritize, work proactively and provide self-direction
• Strong attention to detail and proficient in retail math
• Demonstrated experience managing effective teams
• Ability to travel (50%)
