We seek people who:
• Drive marketing technology initiatives from conception to execution to support global strategy
• Analyze consumer data to produce data-driven stories and reveal key insights into consumer behavior
• Develop a strong analytical foundation for marketing strategy, analyzing data to create consumer profiles, segmentation and trending analysis
• Experience developing creative analytical solutions to marketing and ecommerce problems and opportunities.
• Provide internal business partners accurate and pertinent customer insights and dashboards to enhance and guide business decisions
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Business or related field
• 3+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns & automation platforms
• 2+ years data analysis experience
• 1+ years of mathematical predictive algorithm development utilizing large-scale multivariate datasets
• Confident, collaborative and able to communicate technical requirements to IT teams
• Proficient in SQL and working knowledge of Oracle or SQL Server database
• Experience with database flow and structure of CRM & web platforms
• Knowledge of Python and/or R programming language a plus
