We seek people who:
• Ensure the successful launch of our Famous Footwear Canadian e-commerce site
• Plan and coordinate content updates and site enhancement efforts, ensuring offer messaging and content reach key target audiences
• Optimize product storytelling and site presentation, bringing the product catalog to life with a customer-first approach
• Promote a culture of data-driven decision making, analyzing campaign results to identify and make recommendations for new opportunities for site optimization
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, eCommerce or related field
• 1-3 years experience in retail e-commerce, online marketing or related role preferred
• Demonstrated experience it site optimization including multivariate A/B testing and conversion funnel optimization
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely
• Exceptional project management, partnering and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of Omniture, CoreMetrics or Google Analytics reporting suites
• Fundamental understanding of HTML and web design principles
