We seek people who deliver:
• Effective monitoring and analysis of sales, forecast, inventory and replenishment against plan
• Accurate pricing and timely activation of patterns and SKUs for each season
• Proactive communication with relevant business partners to ensure accurate order placement and fulfillment
• Efficient use of supply chain management software to enable creation of demand plans and purchase requisitions
• Inventory analysis to assist sales teams in maximizing inventory management and sell-through opportunities
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years experience in Merchandising, Financial or Demand Planning preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong partnering, problem solving and analytical skills
• ERP supply chain management application (SAP) experience preferred
