• Support IT projects through the review, negotiation and drafting of product-specific contracts, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations & company policies
• Effectively and clearly document pricing and terms to protect our company’s use and investment in technology
• Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships to ensure high-quality technology solutions
• Deliver continual process improvement through the development and implementation of practical contract lifecycle and asset management plans
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5 years experience administering IT contracts, licensing & purchasing
• Demonstrated experience successfully managing vendor relationships
• Skilled at thinking quickly & creatively to solve contract terms
• Ability to provide innovative solutions to address and reduce customer issues
• Exceptional communication skills, willing to ask questions and effectively translate contract terms, technical & business requirements to internal teams & vendor partners
