We seek people who:
• Have significant experience creating and executing comprehensive product QA, factory relationships, logistics, distribution and customer care strategic plans in the Far East
• Identify and implement best-in-class supply chain processes, technology and infrastructure
• Manage production quality assurance and quality control operations, including pre-production oversight, quality control procedures and continual process improvement
• Develop people, systems and processes necessary for delivering proactive, reliable and cost-efficient services to the business, ensuring high performance and customer focus
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field required
• 10+ years senior-level experience in sourcing operations & supply chain management
• 5+ years providing leadership to senior executives (VP & above)
• Demonstrated experience creating and executing global supply chain strategy in alignment with company business plan & objectives
• Expert knowledge of domestic & international supply chain principles with prior significant experience in China
• Skilled at building strong cross-functional partnerships to drive a culture of innovation and change
• International travel required (up to 40%)
