We seek people who:
• Architect, configure and maintain Active Directory and third-party software utilities, adhering to global system security and policy standards
• Manage root cause analysis and problem resolution for Active Directory environments
• Provide enterprise-level support for global technology initiatives, collaborating with project and support teams, from project initiation to implementation
• Provide exceptional customer service, effectively communicating and managing customer expectations
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 5+ years applied experience with Active Directory & PowerShell scripting
• 2+ years experience supporting authentication protocols (Kerberos, SAML, OAUTH, LDAP)
• Strong understanding of Microsoft AD integration with Office 365 & Microsoft Azure
• Expert knowledge of DNS, DHCP, WINS, DFS & multi-factor authentication services
• Highly analytical and able to develop effective solutions to efficiently resolve errors & issues
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing demands
