We seek a strategic leader with extensive background in facilities management to join our Logistics team in Ontario, CA.

• Implementation and continuous improvement of strategies to meet long-term corporate-wide logistics needs
• Inventory and systems integrity and execution, maximizing productivity levels throughout the distribution center
• Optimal store and customer service levels for order fulfillment process
• Leadership of a robust development and training program focused on growing existing and future leaders and increasing individuals’ potential for growth
• Tactical operating plans to forecast and plan product flow and adjust staffing to achieve service level objectives
• Flexible business plans, setting goals and objectives related to receiving and shipping
• Partnership with distribution centers, corporate office and third parties to implement projects that drive process improvement and operational change
• Defined direction on productivity monitoring and reporting, quality performance and feedback, inventory integrity, safety training and loss prevention training and awareness
• A safe, secure and healthy work environment, demonstrating year-over-year improvements in accident and injury statistics
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required
• 6+ years distribution center experience preferred
• 6+ years leadership experience
• Proven ability to drive process improvement
• Skilled at motivating teams to meet challenges in deadline-driven environment
• Strong experience in Lean Six Sigma preferred
