We seek people who:
• Conceptualize and communicate web design solutions that optimize the user experience (UX) and achieve target e-commerce metrics
• Drive the creative process from concept to design execution, consistently raising the bar for design standards
• Develop storyboards, sketches, wireframes, mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Build templates and patterns to create and maintain a scalable and consistent website, offering research-based solutions for continuous improvement of user experience
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years product design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating customer-focused design solutions
• Excellent understanding of design principals, standards and best practices for desktop, tablet & mobile
• Outgoing, collaborative partner who seeks feedback and thrives in a dynamic team environment
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch & InVision (Mac)
