We seek someone who has a passion for translating technical knowledge into actionable solutions to support our customers to join our IS team as a Co-Op / Intern.
Exciting, real world, hands-on information systems experience. This 16-week minimum, paid, part-time opportunity gives graduate-level and junior or senior undergraduate students an intense learning opportunity as part of the IS team at Caleres.

• Effective customer service, resolving issues timely and accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills, providing innovative solutions and system modifications to address and reduce customer issues
• Effective planning, administration and installation of client device hardware and software
• Efficient troubleshooting and resolution of workstation hardware and software issues
• Continual improvement of programs and processes through the development and implementation of practical action plans, providing quality assurance and best practices
• Clear documentation and effective customer communication
We seek people with these qualifications:
• College junior, senior or graduate student pursing IT-related degree
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in St. Louis and permanently in the U.S.
• Two letters of recommendation
