• Lead the Transportation Planning team to ensure accurate and on-time routing of shipments in accordance with customer requirements
• Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders and external contacts regarding pick-up schedules, delays and schedule changes
• Ensure team understanding and execution of customer routing instructions, providing ongoing systems training and development
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics or related field
• 2-5 years experience in a distribution center, transportation department or customer service
• Highly collaborative with demonstrated experience managing high-performing teams
• Able to proactively identify issues and develop effective solutions
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems preferred
